1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between shell99 ("Platform", "We", "Company") and you as a user or member ("Member", "You") who accesses or uses the services offered under the domain shell99.run and all its subdomains.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each member is permitted to hold only one active account on the shell99 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of the balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name as per your identity card, identity card number, active mobile number, a valid email address, and your bank or e-wallet details for payment purposes.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. shell99 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other platforms;
• Not disclose your login details to anyone, including support staff;
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

shell99 accepts financial transactions through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The applicable financial terms are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method chosen;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request;
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes;
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except crypto payments which are subject to the prevailing exchange rate;
• shell99 does not charge any processing fee for deposits or withdrawals made via the listed methods.

5 Bonuses and Promotion Terms

shell99 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the terms and wagering requirements specified.

The shell99 Welcome Bonus works as follows:

• A bonus of 100% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000;
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn;
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500;
• Another example: Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering requirement RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged directly for cash;
• shell99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are indicators of abuse;
• Seasonal or special promotions have their own terms which will be stated at the time the offer is made;
• Withdrawing the original deposit amount before the wagering requirement is met will result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

6 Game Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error;
